Our very own Jim Chuchu and Njoki Ngumi will be panelists at the Following The Trail discourse event alongside Alexis Th. Von Poser (deputy director of the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art (Berlin), and Miranda Lowe (principal curator and scientist at the Natural History Museum in London).

Following The Trail is the second event in the Humboldt’s Forum 99 questions series. Moderated by arts educator and author Prasanna Oommen, they will discuss provenance research and object biographies, delving into how provenance research can include the people of the objects’ origin, what constitutes postcolonial provenance research, the challenges of post-colonial provenance research, the decolonization of collections and much more!

Join Jim and Njoki for this interesting discussion today, Thursday 13th May, from 8PM EAT on Humboldt Forum’s Youtube channel, where the event will be livestreamed!
